Registration Process

All children ages 3 – 13 are eligible. When filled based on NYS camp guidelines, a wait list is started. No acceptance after week 2 of the program. Must complete registration form obtained from Mrs. Farley. Completed paperwork gives your child a place in the program. Program continuation is dependent upon parent and child’s cooperative behavior and timely payments.

Everyday needs

Lunch, if bringing from home... water bottle... bathing suit.... towel... sunscreen... water shoes...
Children are to wear sneakers every day!

Label all belongings with your child's name.

• Staffing as required by NYS Health Dept. Camp standards.
• Most staff are early childhood educators or young adult pursuing an education degree.
• CPR and First Aid training along with Syracuse diocese VIRTUS training is required.

Associated Costs

• Non-refundable registration fee of $20 per child must accompany registration.
• Daily: $45/day
• Weekly:
  $210/week for first child
  $400/week for two children
  $500/week for three children
• Full time is 5 days/week. Full day; no drop-ins or half day
• All-inclusive (no extra money asked for any activity)
• Free lunch program option
• No fee reduction for early pickup
• Payments are to be made in full at the beginning of week of attendance.
• $20 late fee is charged if pick up is later than 5:30 p.m.
